Around eight months later, on July 5th, his parents made the 911 call around 4 PM to report that Noah had drowned in the pool in the 1200 block of East Avenue S. The Palmdale kid was first taken to the Palmdale Regional Medical Center. He was then transferred to the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles.

Cuatro Jr. had been additionally charged with assault on a child causing death and sexual penetration with a child under the age of 10 on account that he sodomized and sexually assaulted Noah. Juarez, on the other hand, was also charged with child abuse under circumstances likely to cause death.
